Attitude is an important role to be develop self and organization. 

You read at least one book. It is enough. 

But follow and practice utilize in every moment.

Experience gives two attitude one is positive other one is negative.

 Positive attitude gives more energy and satisfaction to you and your surroundings. 

Negative attitude gives less energy and frustration to you and your surroundings. 

You don't neglect first few trials. 

Alternative your aim or goals present skill and physical strength. 

Practice daily or prepare daily to attain your goal. 

After some trials and alternation goals you didn't attention your goal. 

Change your goal exactly. 

Every time you be positive attitude. 

As a trainer, you spread positive attitude.  It gives energy and happiness.
