End of the training trainees will be able to accomplish through learning

Objective of the training is used to achieve its goals.

Explain about what is the purpose of the program?

Explain What is your role?

Explain What is trainee’s role?

Do:

Understand your trainees’ level of the knowledge and skill

Try to boost their attitude positive level

Try to motivate by every small activity 

Be confidence first. Develop their confidence.
