Trainer should be a role model. Why? When?
Understand or follow some unwritten rules.
* Trainer must come to the company or organization
guest house and follow their norms. Be adapting to their situation. Personality
based on suit or fit to the environment.
* Trainer should inform to the training coordinate
team member or head.
* Trainer should enter training
institution before the scheduled time by own vehicle or organization
vehicle.
* Trainer asked their needs before training started: Xerox
copies of handout, reading material, short paper, balloon, etc.
Before the training day trainer should send by
email to be made Xerox copy.
Trainer should not take more time. For
example, training session time between10 am to 5 pm trainer should complete his
/ her session before 4.30 pm. Planned for Question session up to 10
minutes. If not question raised by trainees please interact how is your
session useful. It will be useful to your future plan or improve your ideas.
Following interval times (canteen manager
and employees are planned to manage crowd)

Don't gossip
Don't take more time
Because...
Waiting for audio visual team to closing, room
cleaning, board cleaning, classroom arrangement for next day
program.
Vehicle
operator was waiting for u to pick up.
HR people
waiting for sent off.
Don't waste
others time.
Trainees were
waiting for closing session and ready to go their family schedule.
Ok
In urgency
learning is not possible.
