Training failure

 Sometimes number of the participants decreased.  Why?



            Some findings: 

Outdated training practices

Inability to communicate training needs 

Disengaged employees who feel no need 

Lack of learning 

Information overload 

Missing objectives 

Lack of support 

Lack of involvement 

Misunderstanding training needs 

Delivering the wrong training 

Lack of performance support 

Neglecting what happened after training
