During the training or consulting share your feedback immediately.

During the training session share your feedback frequently to the institution.


Aim:

It is help to reach training objective

It is fulfilled their expectations. (trainees and institute)

Also... remove the participant's fear to feedback about the session,

Do:

Right time 

Right way


Remember:

It should be help to easy to industrial relation.

It should be help to useful to the organization.
