Be aware about trainer's listening skill.

You never bargain.

You are not as like as a business man.

But you are always be ready service oriented.

Government institutions already fixed their norms by their situation. You will be ready to serve with  orgranisation's norms.

Corporate companies are sometimes ready to pay your expectations but you are maintaining standard policy.

Remember please.

You gained Knowledge from other's pockets.

So...

Be useful to others.

Remember please.

To be improved trainees knowledge, skill and attitude slightly.

After the training completed if they will implement your inputs.

Your positive attitude is helpful to them.

 

 

 

 



Aware



During the training session...

Maintain your image of trainer.

Maintain social distance between trainee.

Don't make friendship.

Maintain your style of walk.

Maintain your tone of pitch.

Maintain as a creative personality.

Maintain your dress code.

During tea or lunch break, be control your input.

Don't complaints about services of accommodation, food, infrastructure facilities and trainees.








Avoid during Training



 Avoid...

Unnecessary raised voice whole training.

Frequently both hand movement.

Frequently moved towards the trainees.

Unnecessary move closely to particular trainee.

During question and answer session convey the answer by your question.

Give new theories of the training title.

Write on white board or chart with spelling mistake.

Read the power point line by line.

Conduct the training with only help of power point.

Some trainer practiced very loud voice.

It is not harm to trainees.

Some trainers practiced with low pitch.

It is not enough audible.

Trainees are not listened his communication.
