Create interest



Motivate the trainees by the way allow them to speak freely.

Understand the real situation of their work life.

Understand training organization's need.

Identify the gap between need and real.

Trainer is a not bridge to connect organization and trainees.

But...

Slightly motivate trainees’ attitudes to positive ways.

Explain about their duty by indirect way use telling moral stories.

Stories are helps to changes their moods and attitudes effectively.

Tell stories.

And...

Use game between the session to learn.

Sit your honorable seat with relax.

Look at the whole classroom with confidence.

Waiting for coordinator introduction.

After introduction...

You take over the classroom in your control.

You speak about purpose of the class.

Convey organization’s need.

Ask trainee's need.

Create a small agreement.

Every message should convey with example or experience or case study or via story.

Don't input theories and principles they are available in books or net.

Original stories experience is only kept interest and also try to nature of work.

Use group discussion method not create team spirit focus to creativity, identify solutions.

Neuro Linguistic Programming communication model helps to modify behavior.
