learning is considered as the result of the intentional thinking related to
both problems as well as the circumstances.
Cognition
is the act of knowing specific things. Cognition to modify ones behaviour in
order to achieve a well-defined and expected goal.
Some
training programs were designed to strengthen the relationship between the supervision, job
procedures.
It
was believed that the employees would learn to be more productive by building
the relationship between following directions and procedures.
