Yes, I was ISTD society,  Neyveli Chapter member from September 2001.

With guidance of GUK @ Udhayakumar. 

Now I thanks to him. 

Mr.Balagurunathan who was a teacher,  trainer and Neyveli scientific association member,  advisor. 

He advised to study PG Diploma in training and development at New Delhi ISTD institution. I studied the course from  2002 - 2004. 

GUK was a guide for the above  course project. 

I attended many training programs at ISTD chapter in the evening sessions. I learned more skills from various faculties about T&D. 

One if the training stress management faculty by Dr. Sankararaju, Chennai who is a freelance writer and faculty in and around Tamil Nadu.
