Understand:

When dynamics are positive, the group works well together.

When dynamics are poor, the group's effectiveness is reduced.


Group dynamic:

A group's dynamic is the force that impacts on the motivation, development or stability of a group.

It is characterized by forces of personality, ambition, energy, and ideas.
