My training days 11

 

First faculty service at Training complex ( now Learning and Development Centre) Neyveli Lignite Corporation (now NLC India Ltd., Cuddalore District,  Tamilnadu (Chennai) South India,  on 22,  July,  2000.

First HRD training... started  by my small educational background 

Under graduated in Psychology  (1991-1994)

From Madras University,  Chennai

Post graduate in Psychology (1995-1997)

From Annamalai University,  Chidambaram,  (near Natarajar Temple )

Started "Positive Psychological Center" by postal services. POST BOX NO.51. Neyveli. (January 1998 to march 1999) for free service.

Learned  few yoga postures and few  meditation  techniques  from Self development & growth 3 days training program at neyveli  training centre. (October 1998).

Certificate  received from professional psychological centre run by Dr.G. Rajamohan,  psychologist. Diploma in Clinical & counseling psychology,    6 month course .

(October 1998 to January 1999).

On February 1999 joined and completed  computer course.. Diploma in data entry operator. 

Yoga training from neyveli,  block-8,  Ayurvedic dispensary. (June to august 2000)

Observed "Training for trainer's " program July 2000   at training centre with help of SSS @

SHANMUGASUNDARAM,  Training facilitator,  

U. Dhayalan,  HR and

O.S. ARIVU,  HR 

Now I thanked to all the above supporters.

With their motivation I moved with confidence. 

My training days 10

 

Enter the Dragon.. 

I mean entered the training centre as a faculty. 

Psychiatric Dr. Gurunamasivayam understand about my interest (become a faculty)

He advised to meet facilitator G U K @ G UDHAYAKUMAR. 

I met him... lot of expectation. 

As like a test drive.. 

I waiting for test class. 

One day he asked to prepare for mind management topic for one and half an hour to non executives in front of the observer. 

I prepared with help of collective and selective matters. Written matters in a pocket note.

Always I had the pocket note and read loudly. 

I memorized the sub topics step by step. 

Above Hundreds of time I read the topics. 

Well preparation for myself.

Came the  day..

I entered training hall (morning ) with full of confidence.

Before the trainees and also experienced observer.

My senior colleague also attended the program. 

I introduced myself.

      Icebreaker : what is mind ?

End of the program  I used super star Rajiniganth (South Indian Tamil film  Actor) film's song

" singa nadai pottu sigarathileru "

In 2000

Counseling training from CMC,  Psychiatric Department   Vellore by the help of YRG Care.  It was useful for HIV Positive people and also psychological disorder people. 

I had practiced YOGA from  NLC,  Neyveli Yoga Centre,  Block -08 also received completion certificate. 

I learned about TB disease from tamilnadu TB awareness centre.  TB is one of diseases for AIDS patients.  

When faculty sessions I covered HIV awareness atleast 2 minutes in any training.

I covered about sextual transmitted infections topics also in HIV awareness training.

When I lecture to the government high school students of Viridhachalam (Cuddalore district ).  One student asked many questions about how to read?  I thought about the particular question at night. 

I planned to be write a book for high school students only. 

But   how to print,  how to publish? ?  I don't know about that practical approach.  

I decided to be meet a writer. I discussed to my friends. One of my friend and colleague  Charles Arokiyasamy,  store keeper replied that he knew a writer.

We met the freelance writer's house. ( Tamil literacy)

Name: JEEVAKARUNYAN. 

His story is a lesson for 8th standard Tamil book.

He is a famous writer in Tamil Nadu now and then.

He is a simple man always. He wrote poem,  story,  drama,  articles also a speaker.

He encouraged and motivated to be write book.

I had motivated. 

Then wrote a book on Vetri Padigal in Tamil

I collected news from newspapers.,  watched TV interviews. 

Then I Printed  at Thai. RASI PUBLICATION  and PRINTERS  Neyveli,  proprietor is a  famous poet,  speaker,  social service humane.

My training days 7

 

Training service turned in to education awareness... 

Particularly I focused to 10th & 12th standard students in Cuddalore district. Cuddalore  district was in   below average or last rank in the  list of Tamil Nadu educational district. 

Tamil daily Dinamalar had started and invited  12th  students. Teachers addressed about how to be  prepared public exam. Dinamalar office also donated question & answer books with key notes and note book,  pen,  lunch for free of cost

The news was attracted me.

I decided and engaged to train  the dull students.  

Topic: How to prepare public exam for  10th & 12th students. After shift hours I got permission from the school head and conducted training at  many government schools and private schools in cuddalore district. 

Another topic: memory techniques 

It was very useful for the students of 10 & 12 students. My educational psychology subjects were converted to applied psychology for the students by me.

One fine evening sparked one idea...
