 Awareness about...

HIV and AIDS news was spread  among the public by all side of media also. 

Precautions is only 0.01% by condoms. 

Avoid misconduct behaviours is the only way to escape from spread of HIV.

Red light places... 

Women were understand HIV awareness.  Awareness had  given by the social workers. To all the places of our India. 

YRG Care center had involved to create awareness about how to used the condom how to handled by their volunteers. We are one the volunteers. 

By the way

We were also created awareness about HIV & AIDS at Vellore district's red light area by the help of CMC Psychiatric Department. Also we understand about their lifestyle and problems between their customers. 

When awareness training... 

We talked about  HIV positive group's association   and it's functions and usefulness to HIV positive  people then they were to interact themselves and sharing experience about  their life challenge  and support of government. 

One day..

At Cuddalore district  we  met with other group of volunteers and discussed to be create awareness to the positive people.

 Move forward... 

Dressing style were changed. Neat and good appearance before audience. 

Changed... shirt before training started.  Again corrected my hair style,  Shirt inning,  shoe polishing,  powder coating for fresh mood creation to  myself and also participants.

without pre plan and homework.. write down notes... key words... pocket note preparation.. 

Planner diary... paper and pencil work... self talk.. 

Practice open place.. talk with air.. talk with sky...

All of the above plan and preparation is must any topic.. you know very  well. 

Don't give wrong or own assumption news any time.

My training days 4

 YRG Care conducted two training programs at Neyveli for volunteers. One program was conducted for  NLC employees at training centre with help of SSS @ S.Shanmuga Sundaram.

Conducted one awareness program about HIV again to employees at worker's education program with Blood Mohan @ Suri  Mohan. When the end of training we were appreciated by the worker's education teacher's. 

It gives more energy to us. 

Appreciation is the only key to move along the road to travel  around the Neyveli and meet more peoples. 

Learn more about teaching techniques with help of slide projectors. How to handle the students and public with smiling entry.

Smile... 

It is not easy to when appeared before audience. Lot of the training conducted we learn about first few seconds move with smile and eye contact.

body language... 

Learned..  how to control the audience with help of hand movement.  It is a powerful tool to control and attract towards the board,  slide.

With their guidance meet school students and teachers 

And... 

Created HIV and AIDS awareness for +1and +2 students and college students also.

At scout camps were very useful to create awareness among village people and students in the evening at Cuddalore district. 

After duty hours.. we engaged with eager and stronger approach to create awareness.

Many students  and many teachers were really known about the spread of the virus first time in their life with medical and scientific knowledge.

Do and don't about HIV.

How to handle HIV Positive family members and others. 

How to live with positive person. 

What are the support given by the state government. 

Particularly free HIV  test, free medicine guidance  and free counsel. 

Thanked to state government Egmore office Prandhiyan salai. 

We approached that office for awareness posters,  stickers many times.

Surprised,  wondered 

In that office receptionist pleasing personality.. 

Communication style,  polite ,  smile,  kindness,  helping tendency,  respectively,  answered repeated questions...  wow wow.  He was like one of best counselor in the reception hall.

Before started training services... 

I approached to the largest Training Centre among the Public sector. 

Increased, my interest and eager more and more... 

Fire, big fire developed inside of mind. 

On that time,  engaged as a trainer in the field of HIV & AIDS awareness programs to teachers,  students,  drivers,  doctors,  lab technicians, red light area,  etc., 

 

 

By the way of humane blood association services with Suri Mohan, Neyveli tie up with Dr.Suniti Solomon (first identified HIV sample in Chennai, Tamil Nadu through Christian Medical College, Vellore).

We trained from her institution of YRG Care at Chennai

We introduced HIV awareness at Neyveli Township and surrounding through training with help of slide projector.
